Lydia and Priscilla, mom personal growth as a "baker" and a "cook" depends largely on how much I can push myself to try new things.

Things just taste better to you when you make them yourself . Bake egg tarts in a preheated oven at 200 ºC for 20 minutes or till golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Serve them. You could impressed others with your handiwork. The Cantonese people in America and Hong Kong have a fondness for egg tarts.

Sorry, Hui Ling , you waited a long time for all freshly egg tarts baked from the oven. I promised to serve you sausage buns on your next visit.

These memories were playing like a film without sound. And we kept thinking of that night. Our fiendly guests- teacher Pei En, Hui Ling jie jie and the egg tarts.

Keep in touch, Pei En.You are a food lover, very selective in choosing recipes. So put on your apron and fire up the stove. We've got some cooking to do.
