Late lunch at Eastern Wishes Cafe 南洋泰餐小厨

After worship service in Taiping Gospel Hall, we went to a traditional Chinese tea house with brother Yan Kai. Dad and mom love to experience the authentic Chinese ambiance and culture in a tea house.
The owner served us tea, in the gongfu way. He spent an entire hour explaining the art of tea tasting and brewing to us. He is also a Chinese traditional medicine doctor. He told us that Liu An tea 六安茶 is used for Chinese medicine.
After that, we headed back to Penang. Mom bought some delicious bread at a bakery. The sweet smell of freshly baked bread reminded us how hungry we were.
After one hour and fifteen minutes, we reached Penang. Finally we decided to have our late lunch at Estern Wishes Cafe 南洋泰餐小厨 on 23.9.2012. This restaurant was highly recommended by brother Yan Kai.

We try on Green curry chicken on our second visit. We went there with grandparents, bobo and his dear friend. Green Curry is one of our favorite choices. This creamy curry is a nice blend of flavour of different spices. Dad and mom love it so much. Thanks bobo for treating us such a delicious evening meal on 27.12.2012. We had ordered many different dishes. Dad was so excited till he forgot to snap the photo.
This restaurant is definitely worth visiting. The food will not disappoint you. Tasting is believing. Come and experience yourself. You will enjoy the food as well. Every style of the cuisines prepared by the chef has its own traditional taste.
