A visit to the Fisheries Research Institute and Aquarium

The Fisheries Research Institute and Aquarium is located in Batu Maung, opposite the Batu Maung post office.A lot of people including the Penangites don't really know there is a small aquarium located in Batu Maung.
Even though the aquarium is small, if you live in Penang and like aquatic life, you could probably pay a visit to this place. It has quite a number of fish tanks and there are actually quite a lot of species of fish and you will notice some very weird sea creatures.
Four of our full-day students, Lydia and Priscilla joined the half day trip. It was our second visit. This was an exciting opportunity for students to visit and learn on 7.12.2008.
We could see and experience the underwater world as we walk around looking at each tank.
The aquarium is also a fun place for children as the aquarium is designed to educate children through interactive exhibitions.
The last tank, which measures approximately 15ft by 10ft and situated in a room which also doubles as an auditorium. We sat on a comfortable chair to look for the displays.
Two large ponds are home to a large school of sprightly koi or carps and patin (a type of catfish).
Six of you fed the greedy koi with fish food that can be purchased for RM1 from the souvenir shop.

After that, we went to Taman Metropolitan Relau for an exercise. It is located at the foothill. Just a stone throw from Taman Desa Relau. The garden is decorated with beautiful fountains.
Landscape garden with playground and exercise facilities.
Dad and mom tried to give our students aopportunity to move and play.
We hope it makes them smarter as a bonus.
While many kids play by sitting in front of a computer, what they really need is physical play. Exercise is beneficial to both body and mind.
We walked and enjoyed lots of physical activity.Overall, it was quite an informative trip for us.
Lydia and Priscilla, dad and mom hope that both of you can develop an interest in marine life. Take some exercise outdoors and get a great workout at the park.

Journey To the Center of The Earth

We let our students watched a movie on 3.12.2008.
Journey to the Center of the Earth is a fun movie the children can enjoy together. It is meant for families. The film never gets too scary, but will give the kids a good jump or two. We watched the movie through projector and it was great.
16 children, included Lydia and Priscilla, sat on the tea room with air conditioning. A room which dad has his tea served in traditional Chinese style with his friends. A warm day for today with maximum temperatures in the afternoon.
The weather was totally sunny. Dad and mom couldn't stand the hot weather. Girls, dad and mom consider upgrading our cooling equipment. Fully air-conditioned giving a cool refreshing. We really hope can make comfortable learning atmosphere. Our goal is to develop good learning styles and good study habits for students.

There was a new movie on the scene and since I love the title. Many of you laughed out loud when watching the movie. Action and fantasy deep inside the Earth from the novel by Jules Verne. Dad and mom loved the story and the adventure.
Professor Trevor Anderson receives his teenager nephew Sean Anderson. He will spend ten days with his uncle while his mother, Elizabeth, prepares to move to Canada. She gives a box to Trevor that belonged to his missing brother, Max. Trevor finds a book with references to the last journey of his brother. He decides to follow the steps of Max with Sean and they travel to Iceland, where they meet the guide Hannah Ásgeirsson. While climbing a mountain, there is a thunderstorm and they protect themselves in a cave. However, a lightening collapses the entrance and they trapped in the cave. They seek an exit and falls in a hole, discovering a lost world in the center of the Earth.

Girls, it was difficult not to smile when we finally found out how our team of explorers got out of the Center of the Earth and back home again — the only truly inspired and genuinely funny part of the movie.

Dad and mom hope that both of you could share information and visuals on such things as compasses, internal temperature of the earth, earliest species of plants and animals and where they originated, and scientists of the time.
The bible begins with the creation of the universe: "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" . The fact God created the earth is repeatedly taught throughout the bible. Lydia and Priscilla, We only have one earth; truly the most beautiful planet. It is real fantastic and amazing to see the picture of earth taken from the space. Shout with joy to God all the earth.

A visit to Cinta Sayang Golf & Country Resort

Cinta Sayang Golf & Country Resort located in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Ideally locate for both business and leisure traveller to Kedah.
The park will complement existing activities at the resort, which include archery, horse-riding, paintball, and sports and gymnasium facilities.
The staff of Team Carnivall took on Team Cinta Sayang in a friendly game of paintball. Paintball is a popular activity for older children, teenagers and adults.
We had the opportunity to experience the paintball excitement on 23.8.2007. Paintball games are a little different from most other pro sports. We don't hit, kick, or throw a ball; we shoot it. This game revolves around more than just physical ability. The first challenge we need to complete is to shoot a target with paint ball. We were using target practice techniques to learn how to aim, shoot and hit. We failed to keep our eye on the target.
We learned a valuable lesson on this day. We learned how to play golf and golf tips in this beginners guide. Golf has become a favorite hobby for millions of people all over the world.

Golf should be an enjoyable pastime, and learning the proper way will play a large part in how much enjoyment we get from the game. We learned to play golf from a professional golf instructor.
He taught us patiently and explained in steps what we should do. We didn't play well at all. Girls, we just poor sports.

Lydia and Priscilla, practice, practice and practice. That pretty much says it all. However practice with a purpose! So many new golfers ( and experienced golfers) just bang balls at the range with no goal in mind...this is worthless. You should be working on some aspect of your game whenever you're out practicing. Pick targets and try to hit them.Girls, what a memorable day of sport on 23.8.2007. A day for staying fit and improving stamina.
